Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance qualify for a 50% refund.
100% charge for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows.
100% refund only allowed when harbor is closed due to bad weather (as confirmed by authorities).
No changes, cancellations, or refunds on any promotions. A coupon is required for any changes.
