JOPA NAUTICOS S.A. DE C.V., hereinafter referred to as JOPA NAUTICOS, with address at AV. BONAMPAK MZA 01 LT 04 SUITE 02, SMZA 4 CENTRO, CANCUN, QUINTANA ROO, MEXICO, ZIP CODE 77500, is a company that acts as an intermediary for the contracting of tourist services and is committed to protecting your personal data as well as your right to privacy.

JOPA NAUTICOS is responsible for collecting your personal data, as well as for its use and protection. These data will be used for commercial purposes and may be obtained in several ways: when the information is provided directly by you; when you visit our websites; when you use services offered by JOPA NAUTICOS online; and when information is obtained through other means permitted by applicable law.

The personal data collected by the above means may include:

  • Identification Data: first name(s), last name(s), home address, home and/or mobile and/or work phone number, marital status, date of birth, signature, email, ID copy, CURP, RFC.
  • Financial Data: account holder name, bank name, bank branch number, branch address, account number, CLABE (banking key).
  • Billing Data: name or corporate name, federal taxpayer registry (RFC), tax address.

The personal information you provide will be used by JOPA NAUTICOS to hire or provide the services you have requested or committed to.

At any time, you may express your refusal for the use of your data for purposes not essential to the commercial or legal relationship, or revoke the consent you have given us regarding your personal data. This must be done by submitting a written request to the Personal Data Department, located at the same address as JOPA NAUTICOS, during regular business hours, or via email at: admin@jopanauticos.com.

This request must include at least the following:

  • Full name of the data owner
  • Email address to receive notifications
  • Documents proving identity or legal representation
  • Clear and precise description of the personal data and the rights you wish to exercise
  • Any other document or element that facilitates locating the data

You may request access, rectification, cancellation, or objection to the data provided to JOPA NAUTICOS in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, by submitting your request as previously outlined.

JOPA NAUTICOS is committed to taking the necessary measures to protect collected information by using security technologies and control procedures to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your personal data.

VIDEO RECORDING

JOPA NAUTICOS uses video recording systems inside and outside its facilities, including during contracted activities or excursions. You are being video recorded and, by this notice, you authorize JOPA NAUTICOS S.A. DE C.V. to use such recordings, photographs, or any audiovisual materials for commercial, social media, advertising, or other promotional purposes.

You expressly and voluntarily waive any right to receive financial compensation, payment in kind, or any copyright, industrial property, personal rights, artistic rights, or any other form of acknowledgment.

PRIVACY NOTICE UPDATE

JOPA NAUTICOS may update this privacy notice at any time. If significant changes occur, they will be communicated via our website https://www.jopanauticos.com/ or at our office. Our Data Protection Officer is based at the same address as JOPA NAUTICOS and can be contacted via email: admin@jopanauticos.com.

AUTHORIZATION TO PROVIDE SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA

According to current Mexican law, "Sensitive Personal Data" includes information that may reveal racial or ethnic origin, present or future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical and/or moral beliefs, union affiliation, political opinions, or sexual preferences.

By this document, I expressly authorize JOPA NAUTICOS S.A. DE C.V., hereinafter referred to as JOPA NAUTICOS, with address at AV. CHICHEN ITZA, MANZANA 12 REGION 97 ZONA INDUSTRIAL EXTERIOR 8 INTERIOR H, CANCUN, QUINTANA ROO, MEXICO, ZIP CODE 77530, to collect sensitive personal data from me for the purpose of building a commercial file, checking for conflict of interest, contracting services from or to me, or for any other obligation or commercial relationship related to the company's corporate purpose.
